Free Blackberry? Yes!

Yes Telecom held their latest Forum for their growing base of Business Partners this month and nobody went home empty-handed. Proving more successful with each event, the BP Forum unveiled Yes’s new branding and saw their launch of Feature Plus and Nokia Intellisync services.
With a live demonstration by Fixed Line General Manager, Keith Horsted, on-looking BPs were astounded by the simplicity and cost-effectiveness of Feature Plus. Allowing calls to be made from any Broadband connection with no need for a computer and the ability to use any geographic dialling code regardless of location, BPs were left realising the huge potential they had with Feature Plus.

Coupled with this new technology was Yes’s refreshing Nokia Intellisync service. Available across a diverse range of mobiles, the service bolsters the already envious list of data solutions available from Yes Telecom and BPs were convinced that this was a certified avenue of opportunity in the bourgeoning Data Market.

Operations Director, Ray Bell, and Head of Sales, Rob Mukherjee, both emphasised Yes’s continued endeavour to deliver the industry’s number 1 BP and Customer experience. Underlining their commitment to provide the most efficient and enhanced service, BPs were led through the developments taking place within Yes Telecom and what the company is focussing on during 2007.

Once comedian Willie Miller had provided a surprise but welcome respite after lunch, Nigel Kaye, Head of Marketing, took to the stage to introduce Yes Telecom’s new branding. Explaining the core values  relevant to both BPs and Yes employees of “Approachable”, “Flexible” and “Supportive”, Kaye described how they combine to illustrate Yes’s attitude of “Always Going The Extra Mile”.

These core values were simplified further with Yes’s overall approach – “Yes You Can” – a statement that encompasses all Yes’s beliefs, values and attitudes.

Concluding the forum, Head of Marketing, Nigel Kaye presented the latest Sales Incentive inspired by the travels of a certain heroic archaeologist. “Yes Telecom and the Marrakech Adventure” will see  BPs earning “Q-Factor” points based on their performance on connections, reducing Churn and increased ARPU over the next 6 months in order to win a luxury trip of a lifetime to Marrakech, Morocco.

Relaxing in opulent 5-Star accommodation, BPs will stimulate their senses with quad bike racing across the desert, experience exquisite views on majestic balloon rides and delve into the local culture with magnificent horsemanship.

An exclusive piece of treasure was already awaiting each attendee at the Forum as RIM was on hand to award the all-new BlackBerry Curve…completely free!

A resounding success, BPs have applauded the forum for its content and approach,
