Mobile Tech Co bought by Mobile TV Firm.

ROK Entertainment has acquired content development company Fonedream. Fonedream is a major mobile content creator and content delivery company, with supply agreements to a number of networks including Virgin Mobile, Vodafone Live! Orange, Jamster and AOL.“We’ve been looking to work with a larger mobile technology innovator for some time and had been watching ROK with increasing admiration over the last couple of years. In ROK we have found what we believe to be the perfect fit - a company who understands and can implement original IP in content services and delivery on a global scale,” says Graham Baines, Fonedream.Fonedream will change names to ROK Media.“Graham has amassed a real pool of talent over the past few years and with that talent he has developed some fantastic applications which we are delighted to add to our ever-growing product portfolio,” commented Jonathan Kendrick, ROK.ROK also said it has many new products in the pipeline, due for release later this year, but is keeping them secret for the time being. Their emphasis will not just be on developing new products, but on marketing its’  existing applications to networks and manufacturers around the world.
