Puzzle/Strategy and Retro/Arcade mobile games are the preferred genres among the UK’s 3G mobile game players, according to mobile industry researchers Telephia.

Telephia also found that online gaming wasn’t popular, which won’t please the 3G networks. Fully 71% of UK 3G subscribers who play mobile games prefer to download games to their mobile devices to be played offline.
