We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record who will be responsible for helping the company meet its sales growth targets. This is an exciting new role and you will be responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, addressing sales growth strategies and justifying these to the Business Senior Management team. You will need to understand the marketplace, vision of the company and actively adapt the sales strategy to seek and maximise opportunities.
 Achieve growth and achievement of monthly sales targets by successfully managing and motivating the sales team
 Working with Business Senior Management team on reviewing the Sales strategy, products portfolio and marketing strategy
 Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and underlying competition in the market
 Presenting sales projections, budgets and forecasts working closely with the Finance Director on a monthly basis
 Identifying and reviewing weekly activity of the sales team working closely with the Sales Support Manager
 Attendance at larger opportunity meetings to assist in winning the opportunity
 Performance monitoring, motivating, and coaching of the sales team, alongside active identification of training requirements whilst working closely with the Sales Support Manager
 Working closely with the Telesales Manager to monitor the telesales team’s activity volume of weekly appointments, quality of calls, quality of appointments and success of appointments
 Active role in developing best use of the CRM system to support the sales team activities
 Creating key long lasting relationships with both suppliers and customers
 Identify sales opportunities within existing and new customers
 Weekly telesales day making appointments
 Stay up to date on the continuous changes in the mobile industry
 Manage and solve conflicts with clients
 Handling customers’ requests from start to end
 Keep in regular contact with your customers
 Create good working relationships with each customer resulting in customer loyalty
 Responsible for the development and achievement of sales targets
 Write business quotes for all new customers
 Manage customers’ expectations, in particular timeframes
 Updating of accurate CRM information (Salesforce and Ability)
 Pipeline and forecasting to be updated at all times
 Attendance at a monthly sales review with the Finance Director
 Production of management reports encompassing
 Detailed analysis of resigns and opportunities over a rolling 12 months
 A full summary of movement in the mobile base each month
 Written commentaries
