Responsibilities

  • To be first point of contact for faults, orders and other support issues with high customer service skills
  • Handling inbound faults across the product portfolio
  • Provide technical advice to end users
  • Customer service and support duties
  • Dealing with suppliers and taking ownership of issues
  • Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and writing
  • WLR3 fault and ordering knowledge
  • VoIP and mobile knowledge
  • Ability to multi task and problem solve
  • Good team player
  • Ability to work under pressure
