Simon Jones, Head of New Business at Tpad.com says his company has seen an increase in the amount if leads it is getting for solutions above 100 users.

“The type of enquiry received is not just about replacement systems there are about wholesale review and change.

We recently took on a contract with a company that has 14 sites across the country, their reason for change was to gain benefit from moving away from over 200 ISDN lines to SIP trunking as a viable alternative for their business.

The overall cost benefits this would bring with call plans, office interconnects and inclusion of remote / home workers into the main system was their clear motive for change. It had been over 5 years since their last review of their estate and the savings we calculated made a no brainer decision for them to move to an IP based platform with a shared SIP trunk utilising our hosted cloud. “

As a general comment, those enquiries we manage for plus 100 users are in the most based on consolidation of infrastructure at the same time as deployment of new features for their business. Integration into active presence and centralised reporting is being seen more and more.”
