186K say they decided to partner with Tiscali because of its track record and ability to provide wholesale broadband services. Tiscali’s wholesale Local Loop Unbundling (LLU) offer will enable 186K to offer its customers a wide range of broadband services, including ADSL-based speeds of up to 8Mbps and ADSL2+ services of up to 24Mbps.

The service will allow 186K to offer its customers DSL services across multiple platforms. This is a considerable market advantage, enabling 186K to differentiate itself in a highly competitive market.
Tiscali’s new LLU service integrates its automated interface for the service provider as well as offering capacity based charging mechanisms which allows providers to control the services they offer to their customers.
