3's "For the powers that be at Apple to see”.

3 has launched an internet campaign in Australia to get customers to persuade Apple to allow it to carry the new iPhone in the country.

Launched this month, the site encourages customers to register their interest ‘for the powers that be at Apple to see”.

The new 3G iPhone is going to be available on Optus and Vodafone in Australia, but not on 3 or Telstra. The decision to not launch on 3 is unusual as Apple partnered with 3’s parent, Hutchison, when it launched in Hong Kong and Macau.
