Aastra has appointed Mark Cooper as Sales Director, UK and Ireland. In his new role Cooper will be responsible for driving channel recruitment for the company and will report to Alan Reeve, Managing Director of Aastra Telecom (UK).
Cooper has over 21 years’ experience in the business communications market and has worked in the mobile, distributor and customer premises equipment sectors. Prior to joining Aastra he was Account Director for Cable & Wireless managing large mobile and ISP accounts. Aastra has ambitious goals for partner recruitment in the UK and Ireland with the intention to both widen geographical coverage and deepen relationships with channel partners.
When not fully engaged with the Aastra partner channel, Mark enjoys family life and is a qualified FA football coach for a local boys’ team. He also enjoys motorbiking and watching the Moto GP series.
