Adept Telecom has been awarded a three year contract to provide voice and data solutions to the first National Hunt course to be completed in Britain for over 80 years.
The new £20 million Ffos Las racecourse is one of only three racecourses in Wales due to open in June 2009. The enclosure will hold up to 15,000 people, and there is also a 1,000-seater covered grandstand. The racecourse is expected to create over 100 jobs and bring up to £600 million pounds into the local economy and become an important part of the social and sporting life of west Wales.
Adept Channel boss Joe Murphy has said, “This win proves our business reach right across the UK. This is the biggest sporting development outside of the 2012 Olympics and is further evidence of the strength of our indirect channel.”
