Agent Headset range now wideband as standard

Following on from the success of their Agent headset range, which was launched earlier this year, Corporate telecoms have announced that the Agent 500 to 800 headsets will offer wideband technology as standard from the 1st February 2010.

Jason Welsh, Agent Brand Manager explains after achieving record sales since the April launch: “We are delighted to add even more value to the range, by upgrading to wideband. This will ensure complete compatibility with the traditional telephony systems and next generation and unified communications platforms.”

Welsh continues, “2009 highlighted that value for money for the customer and high margins for the dealers were key factors to the success of the Agent range. Throughout last year we saw many manufactures increase their prices at the worst possible time, which only led to margin erosion for the dealers. Agent bucked that trend and is fast establishing itself as a good quality, high margin brand, which offers fantastic value for money.”

He concludes: “2010 looks very exciting for the range as we plan to introduce new products to the portfolio with the same emphasis on margin and quality for the channel.”
