Last summer, billing specialists AKJ, launched a series of Master Class training sessions and they have become a huge success with over 400 attendees since they began. Topics covered include basics such as ‘Introduction to Mobile’, more topical ‘Dealing With Openreach Faults’ as well as taking a closer look at the functionality within our own Affinity CRM.’
AKJ are delighted to be able support their resellers in this way, as this approach means that staff can attend these varied training topics from the comfort of their desks without the need for travel.
After investing in a dedicated trainer last year, Jeannette Goodred has been instrumental in shaping how AKJ deliver training on both a one-to-one basis as well as group training. Jeannette comments that ‘We feel that these free sessions complement our other training methods which include traditional class room sessions as well as on-site shadowing to help resellers make the best use of the tools they have.’
