alwaysON joins intY CASCADE to deliver new cloud services

intY have announced unified communications service provider, alwaysON has joined the list of service providers on its multi-application, product and service eco-system intY CASCADE. A Foresight Group company and specialists in hosted Microsoft Lync for the Enterprise and mid-market sectors, alwaysON has become an intY strategic partner; gaining immediate access to a range of complementary products via a cloud aggregator model to meet the rising demand for cloud applications from end-user organisations today.

The CASCADE marketplace enables service providers, like alwaysON, to combine products to form bundles and deliver this under one service level umbrella, and one bill. The products, procured, bundled, provisioned and delivered via CASCADE, coupled with intY’s go-to-market sales enablement and professional services, have enabled alwaysON to quickly and cost-effectively bolster their application solutions.

James Byles, managing director at alwaysON, comments; “Using intY’s CASCADE platform we are able to deploy new services, along with the building blocks for new solutions and ensure they are tailored for our differing customer needs. We are evaluating intY’s channel ecosystem to see how this could also benefit our clients and sectors, building on our current solution set and focusing on the growth of our business. The solution from intY is compelling and its strategic direction fits well with our intent. It’s the right time to be joining CASCADE in such a critical period of its expansion in the market place.”

CASCADE, intY’s global provisioning platform, offers multi-vendor cloud-based applications and services, allowing resellers and service providers to build and deliver ‘drag and drop’ service bundles to customers. This allows partners to create their own store from which they can select either individual products, vendor bundles, or create bundles of complementary products from a variety of vendors. This dramatically reduces the operational and management overheads associated with introducing new services, and accelerates the sales, deployment and billing cycle.

“Unified Communications is such an exciting space in the industry at the moment and this relationship will further strengthen the CASCADE community. Not only has alwaysON now got the means to improve their current offering, but they can now deliver bespoke service bundles to customers. Their new partnership with intY provides the ability to expand their cloud portfolio, while remaining competitive in a new cloud-driven channel – that’s what CASCADE is all about, “says Chris Baldock, managing director at intY.
