An Entrepreneurial Channel Focussed Business Set To Continue

It has been revealed that O-bit will continue to trade under its own brand and business values. This news is likely to be well received by the reseller channel as a whole. When Daisy bought O-bit Telecom back in February this year, strong concerns resonated across the telecoms industry that reseller choice was being eroded. O-bit will continue to be directed by CEO Dave Breith ensuring the entrepreneurism and flexibility of O-bit is maintained.

Breith comments, “While we were compiling the strategic review of the new Daisy partnership, it became apparent how much the dynamism and our great customer relations was appreciated by the industry as a whole. Even James Palmer of Nine Telecom observed that we “always offer something that little bit different” and that we were “an entrepreneurial channel focussed business” with a “good business model”. James – you’ll be pleased to know we’re here to stay!”

Breith continues, “I’m really pleased that O-bit retains the freedom to react to our individual client’s requirements in a fast and flexible manner. After all this is how we have built our outstanding customer relationships and unique product offering over the past decade. The fact that O-bit will continue to function in its own right means we can preserve our personal and attentive Account Management style in order to continue to be a crucial and now it seems much loved part of the reseller channel!”

Elizabeth Sparrow, O-bit Sales & Marketing Director, adds, “We are truly thankful for the loyalty and support our customers have shown us over the past months. Their positive comments have further supported the decision to continue to run O-bit as a separate entity. We are sure this announcement will be well received by the reseller channel – but maybe not our competition!” Sparrow goes on to say “Keep a close eye on O-bit’s marketing activity as we have lots of exciting promotions and product launches in the pipeline.”
