Stephen will be responsible for managing the strategy and development of Arqiva’s Secure Solutions business, which provides reliable and secure networks and infrastructure to various customers such as the Government and emergency services, as well as industry sectors such as transport and utilities.

Stephen has extensive experience of working with the emergency services having most recently been the CEO of TRACKER Network UK Ltd - the stolen vehicle recovery company. He has been involved in vehicle telematics and the drive towards connected cars. While working at Aviva, Stephen was one of the original creators of the PAYD (pay as you drive) service for telematics based motor insurance.
