ATC Group and C&W Partnership Extends Market Reach

ATC Group has signed a landmark deal with Cable & Wireless to resell C&W’s voice and data products. This agreement enables ATC to benefit from an improved service model including enhanced fault management, advanced training and more dedicated resource for both voice and data services.

C&W has a clear strategy to focus on the largest users of telecoms globally. Through working with one of the biggest and most versatile Telecoms Solutions Group’s in the channel, including its distributor Rocom, the wholesale arm of ATC Group, C&W can extend their comprehensive and proven Enterprise product capability to the reseller market through this alliance. ATC provides C&W the confidence that the channel is being handled by a trusted, professional and responsible partner who is focused on making it easy to do business.

The amalgamation of strengths from both parties provides Rocom with an extended proposition of offerings to the reseller channel. The Cable & Wireless portfolio of new and innovative IP, hosting, digital media and security products delivered over their “Now Generation Network” extends the evolving Rocom proposition. Rocom’s 12 years of network channel experience, provides a valuable support function, with its sales, provisioning, fault reporting, project management, billing and collection services, to be able to deliver a defined and exciting proposition.
