Atia Strikes Gold with Swyx

IP PBX vendor Swyx has announced that one of its top-performing partners, Atia Solutions headquartered in Watford has been awarded Gold Partner status. The company has been rewarded for ‘Customer Excellence’, ‘Business Partnership’ and ‘Marketing Innovation’.

Swyx’s Director of Channel Sales, Dave Pitts commented, “To achieve Gold status, partners have to demonstrate extensive knowledge of Swyx products.

Not only have Atia achieved impressive sales but they now have several certified Swyx Technical Experts and are managing some large accounts such as Addis and Pitmans Solicitors. They have proved that they are capable of managing large, multi-site installations or projects where there is demand for a high level of integration with the existing application infrastructure.” Within two years, Atia has grown a customer base of over 100.

Business Development Director at Atia Solutions, Patrick Copping welcomes the recognition, “Gold Status is not easy to achieve and so we are all thrilled that our commitment and hard work has paid off. Swyx’s unique approach has allowed us to differentiate ourselves in the market, and allowing us to offer customers a solution that will never become redundant and can be continually enhanced to deliver greater productivity across an organisation. It is the perfect product for resellers that want to really own customers because you can continually add value.”

“Gold Partner status is an important indicator to existing and potential customers that Atia Solutions is a quality-driven, customer-focused organisation” says Piper Paske, Head of Customer Services at Atia. “Gold is not about how much or how many customers buy from us – Uniquely, every member of our support team is trained and accredited to the highest possible level Swyx provide, and we follow strict processes from order through to aftercare. Our sole dedication to Swyx is the key to exceeding our customers’ expectations”.

The Swyx Partner Programme offers three levels of accreditation: Swyx Solution Partner, Swyx Silver Partner and Swyx Gold Partner. Each level carries a minimum criteria and a minimum quarterly point target, which must be achieved and maintained over three consecutive quarters to remain at the designated level.
