Avanquest offers Alcatel My Teamwork Support to the Channel.

Avanquest UK, an Alcatel business partner, specialising in unified messaging applications, has announced it is now offering Alcatel’s My Teamwork to the channel and is seeking new resellers in a bid to expand the uptake of the latest unified communications solutions across UK enterprises.

Avanquest offers full support to its channel partners – from sales, to implementation and ongoing technical assistance. By partnering with Avanquest, resellers can immediately add My Teamwork to their portfolios, regardless of whether they have the technical skills in house.

My Teamwork was developed by Alcatel to meet the demands of a highly mobile workforce that needs to stay in touch, such as a project team. This simple-to use enterprise-ready secure collaboration solution enables knowledge sharing, instant messaging and web collaboration through audio and desktop multimedia conferencing, from any location, from any device-including mobiles, thin client and Blackberries. Presence-based services can also provide employees with a real time view of whether colleagues are available to communicate.

My Teamwork replaces low featured, insecure and expensive services and makes it free to collaborate. It is easily integrated with any PBX platform and can optionally support a Microsoft Live Communications Server (LCS) and Microsoft Office Communicator environment.

The Avanquest/Alcatel application partnership is focused on meeting the growing market for enterprise collaboration solutions. With companies dealing with an ever increasing volume of emails, there is an immediate need for applications that utilise IP networks and deliver team communication in real time from any place.
