Azlan makes it simple for Cisco partners with Felix Autoquote

Azlan, distributor of enterprise networking, server, storage and software solutions, has announced the availability of its new auto-quoting functionality within its industry leading Cisco SMARTnet quoting, ordering and contract management platform, Felix.

The new Felix AutoQuote features make it much easier for Cisco Partners to quote customers for renewals of SMARTnet services. It also provides resellers with advanced notice of customer contracts that are approaching their renewal dates – 30, 60 and 90 days in advance. Felix AutoQuote is an automated Smartnet renewals quotation process that strengthens the company’s position as the partner of choice for Cisco VARs across the region.

Quotations for qualifying renewals opportunities are generated by the system automatically and sent to resellers at the appropriate time. The reseller can then insert their own logo and other details before sending the quotation on to their customer. When the customer has supplied a purchase order, the reseller can then complete the transaction within Felix and the renewal will be confirmed within hours.

Having advanced notice of renewals will enable resellers to make their customers aware of the need to renew their contract early. This will allow better planning and budget projections – an important consideration at the present time, Harvey noted.
