Its forthcoming appointment as an Authorised Configurator in the EMEA region for the Cisco UCS-B Series means that Azlan will offer bespoke configuration services for the complete Cisco UCS portfolio to the vendor’s Authorised Technology Provider (ATP) partners. Azlan was already offering configuration services on the UCS-C Series and is now working to equip its Configuration Centre, which is located at Gulstein, near Stuttgart, to deliver a full service on Cisco UCS-B Series solutions and expects to begin offering the service in early August.

Being able to offer bespoke configuration on the entire range of B Series and C Series systems is important as the needs of every customer will be different and resellers need to have the ability to meet their exact requirements. Azlan will now be able to help them to do that and, with our in-depth technical knowledge, high-touch sales support and the ability to turn complete orders around within a week, we are confident that Azlan will rapidly become the partner of choice for configuration on the Cisco UCS-B Series.”
In addition, he added, Azlan’s deep understanding of how the Cisco’s UCS-B Series servers, Nexus switches and storage and virtualisation can be brought together to build comprehensive and robust data centre solutions, will enable Cisco partners who work with Azlan to gain competitive advantage. “Our outstanding and proven technical and integration capabilities, means that we are able to offer support to reseller on all Cisco solutions at every stage of the sales process. We are already working with Cisco to deliver more advanced technologies, such as the Virtual Computing Environment (VCE), and putting training and support resources in place to enable Cisco partners to develop competency and take these solutions to market with confidence.”
