Azzurri retains platinum partner status with Avaya

Azzurri Communications has retained its prestigious Avaya Platinum Business Partner status for 2013.

David Groves, Senior Product Manager, Azzurri Communications, said: “We’re delighted to retain this prestigious accreditation: our customers expect Azzurri to work with only the best of breed suppliers and Avaya is certainly that. We’ve had a long and distinguished history of delivering excellent projects together and we have an exceptional joint customer list, with many of the UK’s top insurers, utilities and retailers benefitting from our combined skills and expertise.”

Azzurri’s vendor independence means it only works with the leading suppliers across its broad portfolio of data networks, enterprise mobility, ICT and contact centres. It has eight offices across the UK, allowing it to provide extensive on the ground support to customers where and when they need it. Azzurri also has over 200 field engineers (one of the largest engineering resources in the UK) of which a significant proportion are Avaya accredited specialists.

Gaining Platinum Business Partner status is the highest accreditation for an Avaya business partner. It is only awarded to partners who exceed Avaya's demanding assessment criteria across a number key areas, including technical capability, customer service support, business revenue targets, professional certification and marketing.

Groves concludes: “Integrating Avaya solutions for major enterprises can be daunting to some inexperienced integrators and partners, but Azzurri has proved to be more than a match for handling hundreds of complex, business-focused implementations. We are looking forward to extending our relationship with Avaya into 2013, delivering innovative and resilient solutions to help our customers achieve their business objectives.”
