The solution also included 24x7 circuit monitoring and pro-active alerting with a 4 hour guaranteed onsite response in case of hardware faults ensuring maximum uptime.
Bardsley has now been able to increase the number of VPN tunnels and link all 20 of their remote sites to their HQ. The increase in bandwidth has reduced congestion and had a dramatic impact on business performance.
