Blueface Launches UC UK Channel Proposition

Unified Comms
Blueface has launched Blueface UC, the latest release of their unified communications platform, which provides channel partners with an alternative hosted voice service to offer businesses. The company will also launch in 4 new markets, namely the U.S., France, Germany &

Spain alongside existing markets in the U.K., Italy and Ireland.

Blueface UC was developed in-house by the IP telecommunications provider after over 100,000 hours of R&D. The new platform allows channel members such as ISPs, VARs and IT vendors to provide communications with increased reliability to organisations of any size due to reduced reliance on 3rd parties.

Blueface is an end to end communications provider, operating a proprietary IP network with tier 1 call termination and numbering, as well as a unified communications platform in addition to handsets. Service is deployed through a Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) model, allowing channel partners to leverage its benefits and add value to their end users through a recurring monthly fee for hosted seats.

Blueface UC allows for remote and real time management of devices, number provisioning and account & user provisioning for partners. In addition to a full professional suite of communications features including customisable hunt groups & IVRs, call conferencing, call recording and more, Blueface UC offers out of the box multi site setup for a single organisation and localised user dial plans.

Alan Foy, CEO of Blueface Group says, “The Unified Communications and hosted voice industry is growing at an increasing rate worldwide as organisations realise the benefits this technology can provide. We’re excited that the release of our innovative platform will enable our partners to add additional value for their clients by providing better business communications”.
