BT Indirect Partner Sales rewards its’ winners

BT Indirect Partner Sales (IPS) celebrated its half year results with a renewed commitment to channel partners. Despite difficult trading conditions, General Manager, Martin Clarke reported improved results in ICT, Broadband and BTnet sales. Clarke committed to strengthen the proposition by investing in Service improvement and system developments, all aimed to make things easier for its channel Partners.

Lee Pearson, CBE, MBE, OBE and Paralympic Games Gold Medal winner joined in celebrating the success with the award winners.

Focusing on innovation and growth, BT IPS has developed a new proposition aimed at recruiting new Partners. This proposition allows companies to take Retail data products including Enterprise Broadband on a commissionable basis. The Partner manages the relationship, including the billing of both BT and their own chargeable services for the total managed solution. In addition to the commission paid through the Managed Network Proposition, Partners may also take advantage of the BT Universal Discount Schemes, providing additional margin. Clarke stated that he is looking to grow ICT revenues through existing Partners and new relationships and now is the time to talk to BT IPS.
