Bulldog Hell – See www.my-bulldog-hell.co.uk

Bulldog has enlisted the help of the "my-bulldog-hell" website to help resolve customer service issues. The Cable & Wireless owned ISP is believed to be facing an Ofcom investigation after the regulator received hundreds of complaints about the service.

It has been well documented that Bulldog has had service problems over the summer which has extended customers’ patience.

A statement on the my-bulldog-hell website reads: "The team are proud to announce that we're now working with Bulldog to improve its relationship with their customers and the service they provide.

"The team has been speaking with Bulldog over the past few weeks to establish a dialogue that will enable us to pass on both feedback on Bulldog's service as well as customers' problems. We are hoping this partnership will enable us to improve the customer - company relationship that has taken such a battering of late.

"Of course a customer's first point of contact should always be Bulldog's free phone customer help line, but everyone is aware that some customers are unable to get their issues sorted in this way. This is where the team can help, if members bring their issues to our attention by creating a thread in the appropriate section of our forum we can take the issue direct to Bulldog's management and get something done."
