Businessman Launches Innovative Telecoms Brand

A businessman is promising SMEs a fresh approach to telecoms, with the unveiling of his new company. Simon Stockdale has launched Pandala Communications on the back of 15 years of experience in the industry.

The 33-year-old, who hails from Suffolk and has selected Stowmarket for the company’s headquarters, has already created an exceptional reputation for service provision to blue-chip clients under a previous brand, and is now targeting his latest enterprise at forward-thinking SMEs.

From taking his first steps into the industry at just 18 years old as an enthusiastic apprentice, Simon has gained a wealth of experience, having worked with most of the industry’s biggest names such as BT, Cisco, Marconi, and HP. Stockdale says his unique position is now in passing that expertise on to his clients and continually being regarded as an honest and trusted partner to any organisation.

Pandala will focus on providing next generation solutions – calling on the very latest and most efficient technology available on the market – delivered with old-fashioned ‘client-first’ values.

“Having worked in the industry for so many years, I have the benefit of truly understanding the technology available and the service demanded by busy business-owners,” said Simon.

“I’m passionate about seeing first-rate service delivery and I feel that too often SME owners are being neglected by their providers. Pandala will focus on setting that straight and ensuring the very best level of interaction between our team and our clients.”

Pandala will help clients to explore their current approach to telecommunications and to gaining best practice through more effective and appropriate technology.

“Having good telecoms in place doesn’t necessarily mean more expensive,” Simon added.

“In my experience, too many SMEs are actually paying over the odds for standard phone services, when, were they to explore the options a little more, the same outlay could provide them with no-end of potential for conferencing facilities and other assets which enable staff to work remotely or more flexibly.”
