Call Classifier from CTI labs launched to great success at the Convergence Summit, said Andy Dennahy, business development director at CTI Labs.
The CTI technology was launched formerly in January this year, and has attracted a lot of positive attention, claimed Dennahy. The business has already signed and rolled Call Classifier out to two large customers, Ladbrooks and NHS Professionals, he added.
“The reaction to Call Classifier from both these customers is great; they love it,” he said. “Every contact centre manager we talk to about it loves the idea. It’s attracted a lot of interest. There’s nothing like this out there. It’s a very simple idea for real time, live reporting in the contact centre. The way we’ve packaged it also means it’s really easy for people to run themselves.
“Anyone that wants to do any kind of efficiency improvement on contact centres should run Call Classifier because it lets you know where you are. All resellers working on the contact centre space should take this product. ” continued Dennahy.
Dennahy added: “One of our customers said to us just one line of data the product provided paid for the solution 10 times over in the first months of running it.”
