Call Recording Sales Rise 100% in 2008

Call recording specialist Liquid Voice has reported its most successful year to date with growth of over 100% in key areas of the business.

The Leeds-based company has driven consistent growth since launching its channel operations four years ago and has recently taken on additional staff to cope with growing demand by resellers for its products.

“Liquid Voice generated more than three times the sales revenue in the last quarter of 2008 compared with 2007,” says Chris Berry, Business Development Director of Liquid Voice. “January 2008 orders are comparable to the total volume of sales in Q4 2007, with pipeline sales on the books stretching well into 2009. Overall, we are currently looking at a very upbeat trading environment.

“Over the past four years, Liquid Voice as a business has grown 52% year-on-year with 2008 our most successful to date. In some areas sales have grown by over 100%”.

Key to growth is the company’s fully integrated call recording / call logging product, the first of its kind to be made available in UK.

“Liquid Voice has delivered truly integrated call recording / call logging and associated CTI products since its formation four years ago,” says Berry. “It has been highly amusing to see other so-called ‘leaders’ in the market trying to play catch-up. Unlike these ‘me-too’ vendors, Liquid Voice has a clear lead in technology and remains many streets ahead of the competition”.

Product strength and quality of support continues to attract - and delight - the UK’s leading voice and data resellers. “We owe our success to our valued channel partners who continue to deliver market-leading growth despite tough economic conditions,” says Berry.

“We are extremely pleased with current trading results and while some areas of the telecoms industry are suffering, it proves that opportunities in call recording for UK resellers remain strong and continue to grow”.
