Carphone Warehouse and RootMetrics has announced they have teamed up to make it easier for customers to find the mobile contract and network for their needs.
Using data collected by RootMetrics, including through the CoverageMap App, this partnership will allow Carphone Warehouse to offer customers accurate information, independent of the networks, to compare how reliably and quickly the four major network operators are performing in their area.
In-store Carphone Warehouse staff will also be using the RootMetrics CoverageMap App to assist customers. The RootMetrics CoverageMap App combines millions of scientific tests and crowd-sourced samples to provide localised views on UK network performance.
