The entry criteria required nominees to ideally employee over 20 staff and to achieve an annual turnover in excess of £5million. Channel Telecom first qualified last year.
Over the past 12 months, Channel Telecom have seen rapid growth across the business, nearly doubling its staff numbers, exceeding £10m turnover and over 150 new Channel Partners. Speaking on Channel Telecom’s success, Managing Director Clifford Norton (pictured) said “This year has been incredible. We have welcomed so many new faces, staff and partners included and this success is combined effort by all of them. The bar was exceptionally high this year and we are working in an incredibly competitive market, which makes this achievement that little bit sweeter. I am incredibly proud of my team and our partners.
We have really taken huge steps as a business this year, introducing some fantastic new services, expanding crucial functions within the business and restructuring the way we support our customers. We always try to be as creative and innovative as possible in our approach to sales and marketing and that commitment was again recognised this year at an industry leading awards ceremony, where Channel Telecom were awarded ‘Marketing Team of the Year’, again for the second year running."
Clifford continued, “This is just the start. We don’t just want to feature in 2017, we want to be climbing that leader board constantly. Year on year. Over the next few months we have multiple awards we have been shortlisted for, our biggest partner incentive ever and an ever expanding partner base. We are confident that, the next 12 months will be our most successful yet."
