Channel Telecom expands team for data networks support

Communications provider Channel Telecom has appointed Stuart Burdett as Data Networks Specialist for the company. In his new role Burdett will provide support and technical expertise for Channel Telecom’s channel partner community. Previously Stuart was an Account Manager with Stream Networks and he has over 12 years of experience in the data networking sector.

As Data Networks Specialist, Burdett will support Channel Telecom partners to exploit the full range of data networking solutions the company provides. Channel Telecom offers a comprehensive portfolio of data solutions extending from a single broadband line for the sole trader, to MPLS networks linking hundreds of sites for mid-market enterprises.

Contracts are being won constantly for uncontended Direct Internet Access via Ethernet or EFM leased line, and partners can also supply low cost, high speed point to point circuits of up to 1Gbps as Channel Telecom is now Openreach EAD established. “My role is to help and support our partners so that they can recommend and implement the best data networking solutions to meet their customer needs”, says Stuart.
