Chess has continued its growth strategy by acquiring ICT systems provider Integra ICT. Integra ICT based in Sandy, Bedfordshire with annual revenues of over £5 million, employs 37 people who will be staying on as part of the Chess group.
Chess Chief Executive David Pollock sees Integra ICT as a key strategic move, “Integra ICT has successfully deployed integrated communication solutions for over 20 years with an outstanding reputation. We’re delighted to welcome their vastly experienced team into the Chess group. We will rely on their knowledge and experience to guide our growth in cloud and ICT.
