Chess awarded ISO accreditations

Communications provider Chess has been re-accredited with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards. Chess gained ISO 9001 standard for providing a consistently high standards of customer service, and achieved ISO 14001 for its environmentally sustainable working practices.

The ISO internal assessors examined our dedication to customer service, our approach to monitoring satisfaction levels, our policies to minimise harmful effects on the environment and what we do to continually improve our environmental performance.”
