Chess Complete 12th Deal of 2013

Chess continues its growth strategy with its 12th acquisition of 2013. The CRM Business, Microsoft's number 1 partner in EMEA for CRM online and a Gold Partner since 2007 is the latest acquisition to be added to the Chess Group.

Chess CEO David Pollock sees the latest addition as a strategic move into Cloud business solutions. “Customer Relationship Management software is at the heart of every business. Chess have been keen to acquire a cloud CRM software business to enhance our customer offering. We’re extremely excited to have The CRM Business as part of the Chess Group, with our support they’re set to capitalize on their market-leading position with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its fast worldwide sales growth. The CRM Business’ team regularly speak at Microsoft events world-wide, and will continue to operate from their current offices in Sheffield and Manchester delivering both online and on-premise CRM solutions.
