Chris Harris to Lead Zeacom Charge for Growth

Zeacom, the provider of Unified Communications and Contact Centre solutions, has appointed Chris Harris as Managing Director for its European operations.

Harris, formerly managing director for Inter-Tel Europe, is well-known in the reseller channel for championing the entry of sophisticated solutions into the market and delivering them in an easy-to-understand and well-supported package.

He comments: “It’s an exciting time to join the Zeacom team. Applications are the key to giving companies a competitive advantage and we have a wealth of applications that deliver real value. Zeacom is ideally placed to accelerate its European sales, and create more high-margin opportunities for existing and new partners in the channel.”

Zeacom applications are supported by key PBX platform vendors such as NEC, Avaya and Cisco and it anticipated that Harris will grow his business through resellers associated with these companies by way of application bundles that typically target 30-150 seat call and contact centres.

Harris expects to announce these bundles early in 2011.
