CMS Distribution has acquired a specialist tech distributor, TNS Connect, from the Cork entrepreneur Liam Casey for an undisclosed sum.
CMS will retain the TNS brand and management team but will now operate within the ranks of Frank Salom's growing business. This is the second acquisition of its type, last year CMS bought Widget, a UK gadget distributor.
TNS Connect specialises in gadgets. When Casey purchased the company six years ago, he said the deal was “a game changer” for his global logistics company PCH.
