Colt Reveals its 2010 Channel Strategy at its European Partner Event

Colt is to bring together its top channel partners from across Europe for the Colt Partner Event, to be held in Madrid on 25th and 26th March. Partners will be briefed on Colt’s vision and the evolution of the organisation by Colt’s CEO Rakesh Bhasin. The 2010 channel strategy and new propositions will also be announced at the event.

The Colt Partner Event will also celebrate the highest achievers of 2009 with the COLT European Partner of the Year Awards presented at the Gala Dinner. Now in its fourth year, the Partner of the Year programme recognises and rewards Colt’s top performing partners, at both national and pan-European levels.

The agenda will also include briefings on Colt’s strategy to be Europe’s leading Information Delivery Platform and will include details of product and service offerings for the Midsize market, as well as developments within the Colt Community Partner programme.

Richard Blaustein, Managing Director of Colt’s Midsize Business Division, said “2009 was a great year for Colt. We recruited some exciting new partners, brought new products such as VoIP to market, and made significant enhancements to the way in which we do business. We continued to implement our Digital Vision and delivered new features and services via our eCommerce and Partner Portals. With our 2010 strategy we are making Colt even smarter and faster to work with, so that we can go further with our partners. We are expanding our portfolio. The European Partner of the Year Awards is a key feature of Colt’s Community Partner programme, which offers partners tools and initiatives around four pillars: Partnership, Marketing, Product and Rewards.
