Comms-care achieve 3 Cisco Golds in a row

Comms-care, the provider of channel network and IT support services has announced the retention their Cisco Gold partner status for the third consecutive year.

The annual Cisco audit reviews Comms-care’s progress and performance as a Gold partner over the previous 12 months. Since their audit last year, Comms-care has developed their Cisco expertise through engineer training and the adoption of new Cisco technologies. In addition to this Comms-care has successfully achieved ISO 20000; the first global standard specifically aimed at IT Service Management. Very few IT support organisations are able to demonstrate this level of service proficiency to their customers which was another contributing factor to retaining their Gold status.

Once again Comms-care managed to pass through the Cisco audit without any actions levied against them illustrating their commitment to retaining this leading vendor accreditation.

Mark Forster, Head of Operations at Comms-care commented: “We have worked hard to maintain our Cisco Gold status through our dedicated engineering team and commitment to service excellence. Following the audit we have received positive comments from Cisco regarding the investment we have installed in our Cisco engineers through internal training programmes and embracing new Cisco technologies.”
