Comms-care today announced that it has appointed Lyndsy Hancock as Engineering Supervisor. As part of her role, Hancock will work with the engineering management team to provide support and guidance to field-based engineers. She will also take a leading role in the design and operation of improvement programmes to help educate engineers about company policies, technical procedures and standards.
Hancock started her career with Comms-care in 2006. Prior to this appointment Lyndsy held the role of Service Desk Team Leader, working on the frontline processing customer service requests, helping to ensure customer service requests were dealt with promptly and within contracted SLAs. During her time on the Service Desk Lyndsy also co-ordinated the utilisation of field based engineers to ensure the highest levels of service were adhered to whilst supporting Comms-care’s partners and their end user clients.
Hancock joined Comms-care after working for several years at Canon on their service desk. During her time with the company she liaised closely with Canon’s engineering teams and carried out first line support for customers.

Lyndsy has proven to be an exceptionally customer-focused member of the Comms-care team and has always delivered beyond the requirements of her role to ensure we provide excellent 24/7 customer service. As an Engineering Supervisor she will work closely with all the engineering and service teams to ensure that they continue to deliver superior channel support to our partners. Lyndsy has also been tasked to implement new processes, procedures and working practices that will ultimately result in Comms-care improving the service we provide to our partners.”
