Comms Factory wins FCS Service Provider of the Year Award

The FCS 2007 fixed Service Provider of the year award was won by Comms Factory for their demonstration of excellent customer service. Colin Forward, Operations Director, received the award from Lord David Currie, Ofcom chairman, at the FCS AGM on 12 September.

On accepting the award Colin Forward commented “We’re thrilled that the FCS has recognised the levels of customer service we are able to achieve through our on-line brand www.yourcalls.net. In this day and age, many people prefer to manage their affairs on-line and Yourcalls.net lets customers do exactly that. The winner stood out for taking customer servicing to another level to enable a low cost of service delivery to their customer.
