Comms Supply Provides 3CX Hosting for Partners

Telephony
Comms Supply is now offering partners the ability to host their 3CX PBX solutions in its core network.

Comms Supply’s SIP Trunks were certified by 3CX in 2015 and the company is one of only a handful of UK suppliers to achieve this status. Partners can now have their 3CX PBX solution hosted in the same core network as the SIP servers.

“By having the 3CX solution hosted in our core network, there is now no reliance on a separate internet connection between the 3CX and our SIP Servers,” explains Karl Alderton, founder and managing director of Comms Supply. “Having a direct connection into our SIP servers will reduce service issues caused by connectivity. Whilst phones still need to connect back to the server over the internet, having the 3CX PBX within the same core network means partners can move phone/smartphone extensions to any connection that is working, without needing to reconfigure the 3CX server.”

Comms Supply’s core network is distributed across multiple data centres across London, which means the company can provide its partners with either a shared infrastructure, dedicated infrastructure or distributed infrastructure to ensure resilience. With a range of options available, partners can select the right solution and price point for every customer.

“With all our engineers being 3CX certified we’re setting a new benchmark in support and service for 3CX customers,” continues Karl. “If a partner has a SIP issue we don’t pass the buck by referring them back to 3CX; instead we’ll work with them to achieve a quick resolution. This can include screen-sharing sessions through to support in running traces or general configuration advice. We believe this is one of the reasons many 3CX partners choose to purchase our SIP services.”

George Linder, channel sales manager at Comms Supply added: “Our partners now have the ability to purchase a complete solution from a single provider, reducing their administration time and making support processes much easier. Not only can they purchase SIP Trunks and hosting, they can use our connectivity solutions, including QoS and private VRFs into our network, meaning Comms Supply is a true total communications provider.”
