Neil Coulthard has joined CommSoft RMS in April as Regional Sales Manager. Neil is an experienced channel account manager with a breadth of knowledge across multiple technologies. His core knowledge is within the telecommunications industry having worked with most of the main manufacturers including Panasonic, Avaya, Alcatel, Siemens, NEC, Toshiba, Polycom, Plantronics and Swyx, and their associated software products.
Along with Neil’s comprehensive knowledge of the CommSoft product set, he has experience with working with a number of different telecoms software products and has a great understanding of the CommSoft market advantages, useful for resellers handling competitive quotes. Neil’s role will be to support CommSoft RMS resellers with demonstrations, free in house software and accreditation courses, marketing and lead generation ideas, prices, quotes and any other information required to add value to system sales. Neil will service existing accounts but will also take an active business development role in recruiting new CommSoft RMS resellers.
Originally from a technical background Neil is very comfortable with communicating complex technology in ‘easy to understand’ language and he possesses the key relationship building skills required in a successful sales manager, as proved during his time at MTV Telecom and Siemens where he was consistently a top performer.
