Commsworld complete a large deployment of the leading Equiinet CachePilot platform across 30 Glasgow Schools.
Scotland based Commsworld were engaged alongside Equiinet to deliver a new platform to replace the existing Cisco CD towers devices. Having completed a technical analysis of the CachePilot and assessed that it was the best fit solution, the project involved pre – loading pupil content onto the devices and installing them onto each school’s LAN.
The device performance and pupil content across all 30 schools is monitored and updated by a Central Control Suite. This solution has delivered a more robust and user friendly solution than the previous devices.
