Communicate Better secure their largest deal in the company history

Communicate Better have secured their largest contract to date. The deal with Hatfields, part of part of the McLean & Appleton group, is worth in excess of £550k over 5 years and is to supply a MPLS platform for a converged voice and data solution.

Communicate Better tendered to provide a high-performance network to run demanding applications such as I.P telephony, email, video conferencing, file transfer and data sharing. The network is secure and private with built in resilience and automatic failover. The network provides business grade connectivity and guarantees high service levels.

The client currently uses legacy systems with several different suppliers and manufacturers and their data capacity was struggling with consumer-grade networks.

As part of the unified communications offering, the new network has been designed to allow staff on the move to access the MPLS network and it includes mobile access as well as sophisticated and secure internet break-out from the cloud.

Communicate Better have doubled in both size and turnover in 2011 and predicts an equally high level of growth again next year through a highly strategic sales approach.

They are lined up for a number of industry business awards this year and have recently secured contracts with Balfour Beatty, The National Football Museum and Guomain Thistle Hotel Group which adds to their extensive client portfolio.

By offering various converged packages across fixed line, mobile and IT, the company is at the forefront of the communications industry.

Wayne Cartwright, Communicate Better CEO said “We are experiencing a high level of growth so far in 2012 and are on target to hit all of our forecasts this financial year. We have secured some fantastic clients and know that working on integrated solutions for our clients is key to our success”
