ComputerTel, providers of Call Recording and Quality Monitoring software, have announced a partnership with Call Management Solution specialists Tiger Communications. The two companies have lately been working together, now offering full integration between the ComputerTel Call Recording Solution and Tiger Communications’ Call Logger, Tiger 2020 Pro. The partnership enables both companies to offer a fully comprehensive solution tackling both fraud and productivity issues.
As a result of the integration with Tiger, customers adopting the ComputerTel Call Recording solution in the customer contact market will be able to solve a number of critical issues more efficiently. These include preventing losses in revenue, billing errors and detecting telephony fraud, whilst improving business performance and productivity.
Customers with a ComputerTel Recording solution will have the added functionality of the Tiger 2020 Pro, whilst Tiger Communications customers will have the capability of listening to calls directly from the front end of their solution.

In addition to standard call logging reporting requirements, Tiger 2020 Pro can incorporate Voice Network Security (Fraud Detection), an extremely powerful tool to enable immediate response to any potentially fraudulent situation, Directory Integration for automatic synchronisation of the Tiger Directory Database with a Host Database, and Mobile Bill Import for consolidated cost reporting.
