Workforce training and development is high on the agenda for Gateshead-based Executel and as such, the firm’s nine-strong engineering team have all successfully undertaken extensive product and installation training, which has led to a series of official accreditations from leading global telephony provider, Mitel.
In addition, the team are now working towards further accreditations with global networking solutions provider, Cisco Systems, which will result in an additional 15 certifications by September of this year.

As well as individual staff qualifications, Executel is a Mitel Gold Solution Provider, holds Avaya Silver Status and last month was awarded Select Partner Status by global networking solutions provider, Cisco Systems.
