International users now going into Europe can benefit from a bolt on tariff called ‘my europe’ from Crystal Ball.
Crystal Ball is offering 10mb of roamed data per month in Europe free for the life of the contract, worth £144 per vehicle per year.
Crystal Ball sales director, Andrew Smith, said: “This amazing offer provides our customers with significant savings in an area where traditionally roaming costs are very high. Our extensive research and knowledge acquired from our existing customer base over the last four years, shows that users do not exceed this data bundle when roaming in mainland Europe. Therefore ‘my europe’ will provide complete peace of mind to those businesses that take advantage of this offer during March 2010. This offer is available on all Crystal Ball packages.”
Crystal ball is a true live web based tracking application that can be accessed anywhere in the world, at any time, through the internet. There is no requirement to download any proprietary software, unlike many of their competitors.
The suite of tariff solutions which Crystal Ball offer, called the ‘V’ range, are designed suit a range of different needs that customers have. The three tariff solutions, Vestigo, inVestigo and perVestigo have a varying range of features and reporting functions and each of them are available on a purchase, lease or rental option.
The rental option is called ‘freedom’, which offers no notice period and no termination penalties for the customer. The proposition was designed specifically to tackle the difficulties businesses are facing today with the current economic climate, and the lack of funding available. ‘Freedom’ offers the customer complete flexibility without any onerous commitments and is payable quarterly. Customers will also receive three months free for all orders placed in March 2010.
