CTI Group CEO John Birbeck has announced a new channel initiative that will see the company provide a free copy of Proteus Enterprise Viewer with each Smartrecord call recording systems shipped.
Proteus Enterprise Viewer provides entry level telemanagement and reporting and significantly, can be upgraded to the full Enterprise product by just a phone call or a web based interaction.
Birbeck told Comms Business Magazine, “This is a classic ‘puppy dog’ sale for the channel which will provide resellers additional margin opportunities whilst at the same time delivering a real leading edge call recording application for their customers at a very competitive price.”
As well as being integrated in to the Smartrecord application, Proteus Enterprise can also be networked across a multi-site organisation to provide a single view of the entire telephony activity in a distributed workforce environment.
