CTI Group is introducing two of its pioneering VoIP solutions to Europe – SmartRecord IP – its web-based call recording solution – and emPulse, for hosted web-based communications management.
As a new hosted VoIP system, CTI Group say SmartRecord IP is the first completely outsourced service that requires no equipment on the customers’ premises. It enables service providers to deliver a superior contact centre solution whilst facilitating legal and regulatory recording scenarios.
SmartRecord IP features both BroadSoft and Natural Convergence interoperability and requires no equipment acquisition, installation, management or maintenance.
It enables client companies to meet quality management, regulatory and legal requirements within a cost controlled and easily implemented environment. SmartRecord IP also fully supports advanced features such as distributed and “follow-me” scenarios and is offered in partnership with hosted VoIP providers.
The SmartRecord Cards feature allows calls to be recorded from any location, not only on-site, which is crutcial in a mobile business market. Recording-enabled SIP trunks allow businesses to use call recording while limiting their capital investment and alow service providers to improve their flexibility. These advancements in VoIP call recording solutions extend this technology into a broader market by providing geographic and investment flexibility.
emPulse is the first completely hosted SIP interoperable, web-based communications management solution for SMEs that operates and captures data in both traditional and VoIP telephony environments.
This online call management solution streamlines communications reporting and allows businesses to easily identify, monitor, manage and allocate call costs, using features such as intuitive graphical reports on incoming and outgoing calls.
The products have already received extensive acclaim in the US, as Andy Wilson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, CTI Group, highlights, “SmartRecord IP has already won three awards including ‘Best in Show’ at the US Internet Telephony 2006 show and ‘Product of the Year’ at Customer Interaction Solutions. The solution is validated on two platforms and with BroadSoft interoperability service providers are assured that they can offer their customers the most advanced calling features available. We are excited to show this innovative technology at VON, and to enable our VoIP providers in Europe to enjoy the benefits of enhanced VoIP call recording with a reduced initial capital investment.”
