Technical support service for Oak’s Comms Suite applications has been rated excellent or good by over 95% of service users who completed the feedback evaluation.
Phil Reynolds, Oak joint CEO commented: "This is great feedback from end users about the excellent service and support offered by Oak, but like our ISO 9002 accreditation, I'd like to see this move towards the magical 100%. Impossible maybe, but at Oak we always strive for continuous improvement.”
